Setting a daily Intention is a powerful exercise. Keep the spontenaeity in your life, but give your day a framework and a specific outcome to guide you.
BE: what do I want to experience inside as a beingness throughout the day? What state do I want to try on? Calmness, joy, peace, celebration, focus? As you go through the day you will begin to notice when you have moved away from this centre of being.
DO: what do I want to experience on the outside, in my circumstances? This is an event or a new adventure today. A walk? A swim? The sunset? A dinner out? A weekend at the beach or the mountains? A daring event like a bungee jump? Be an observer or get involved; choose some new or repeated experience.
HAVE: what do I want to allow, accept and receive in my life? What object or thing do I want to ASK for and RECEIVE as I go through this day? An accomplishment of having involves asking for some THING and then following and surrendering to our mind working through this. Do we want a new bicycle? Or a wallet full of cash? Or a new piece of sports equipment?
You can ask for anything you desire. If you choose to use this as a daily discipline it may bring you balance in your daily, fast creating.
Abundance,
Lori
